Kevin Lathrop


As President, Kevin Lathrop brings over 20 years of experience developing and implementing growth strategies and managing large scale operations and IT functions. 

Kevin oversees all business segments, including operations, finance, sales, product management and development, marketing and revenue cycle management. In his role as President, he is instrumental in expanding the business, increasing operational efficiencies and continuing to provide clients with what we believe to be the best customer service in the industry.

Prior to joining TriZetto Provider Solutions, Kevin served in various roles building custom analytic systems that measure customer interactions and impact on processes. He worked in operations and support organizations researching the dynamics of what drives business value and focusing on improving the customer experience.

Kevin graduated from Webster University summa cum laude with a master’s degree in international relations. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and cooking.

Allen Latham

Vice President of Sales

As vice president of sales at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company, Allen Latham manages the entire sales operation to promote company revenue growth and financial strength. His focus is to drive the organization’s efforts to grow its client base, broaden market-leading capabilities and connect providers with solutions that improve workflow efficiencies and increase revenue.

Prior to joining TriZetto Provider Solutions, Allen served in a variety of sales leadership roles working in revenue cycle management, consulting services, IT outsourcing and health care administration. He is a determined leader with over 28 years of health care, sales and technology experience and an exceptional ability to identify new markets and solutions. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his role and is a valuable asset in continuing to drive successful results and achieve company goals.

Allen has a bachelor’s degree in health science with an emphasis on health care administration from the University of Missouri. He is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time at the lake, reading and watching sports.

Phil Walsh

Phil Walsh

Chief Marketing Officer

Phil Walsh serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Healthcare and Life Sciences at Cognizant. He brings a global perspective to customer engagement with over 18 years in health care sales and marketing experience. Phil is responsible for all marketing functions and oversees lead generation, marketing communications and digital marketing.

Prior to joining Cognizant, Phil served as Baxter Healthcare Corporation’s director of global market development. He oversaw a $200 million business in 34 different countries through both direct sales and distribution channels. Phil spent over a decade in hospital pharmacies across the world helping them automate their complicated IV processes and finding ways for them to improve efficiency and patient safety. He also previously worked in both health care software and pharmaceutical sales.

Phil has a Bachelor of Science in biology from Clemson University in South Carolina and a Master of Business Administration from Wingate University in North Carolina. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf, and is an avid Minnesota Vikings fan.

Dave Zurliene

Senior Vice President, Technology Services

Dave Zurliene currently serves as senior vice president of technology services at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Dave brings 30 years of experience developing and executing IT strategies that support business objectives with a systems and process approach. His broad strategic and operational capabilities drive success in delivery, strategic alignment and business value. He is responsible for managing all of the technology aspects of the provider business and has accountability for software development and testing, application management, systems integration and support, information security and IT management.

Prior to joining TriZetto Provider Solutions, Dave served as vice president of transitions for Cerner Corporation’s IT outsourcing services portfolio. In his 22 years at Cerner, he worked in a variety of technology leadership roles across the world and contributed a wealth of programming and systems administration knowledge. He excels with architecture, systems integration, IT industry framework assimilation and technology leadership.

Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Ind. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, being a handyman, playing golf and watching sporting events.

Vice President, Channel Partner Sales and RCM

Kirk Willingham serves as the Vice President, Channel Partner Sales and RCM at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. In addition to being a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Kirk is responsible for relationship management, bookings growth, product implementation and marketing with key partners. His work has led to the establishment of important relationships and new business that contributes to sales and increased revenue for the company.  In his role, Kirk is also responsible for the sales, marketing, delivery and support for our Revenue Cycle Management business.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Kirk brings a forward-thinking perspective based on his extensive knowledge of revenue cycle management and healthcare technology. Kirk has served in a variety of sales leadership roles and excels at identifying new markets and solutions.

Kirk earned his bachelor’s in business and psychology from Baylor University and further pursued his academic career at New York University. He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. He resides in Atlanta, where he enjoys spending time with his children and is an avid kick boxer, skier, home renovator, painter and cyclist.

Customer service is big for us, so working with a partner like TriZetto Provider Solutions who shares our concerns and understands that our problems are their problems is important. If we were to go out and develop a new relationship with a different clearinghouse we may not get that.
