She partners with health systems, physician groups, ambulatory providers, and industry stakeholders to advance operational excellence, financial performance, and digital transformation through automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Heather Donohue brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer of TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Heather plays an integral role as a TriZetto Provider Solutions Executive Leadership team member and is a strategic leader with a proven track record of cultivating innovation, driving organizational efficiencies, transforming and improving performance, enhancing client relations, and increasing associate satisfaction. In her role as Chief Operating Office, Heather oversees national operations, including client services, account management, payer management, technical operations, and all other aspects supporting the products and services of TriZetto Provider Solutions.
