Allen Latham

Vice President and General Manager TriZetto Provider Solutions

As Vice President and General Manager of TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company, Allen Latham brings a forward-thinking perspective based on his extensive knowledge of revenue cycle management and a clear understanding of the issues that impact the health care industry today. He has responsibility for managing all aspects of the business and has overall accountability for financial performance, sales, product management, software development and testing, client services and implementation. Allen actively promotes growth, financial strength and increased operational efficiencies.

His focus is to drive the organization’s efforts to grow its client base, broaden market-leading capabilities and connect providers with solutions that improve workflow efficiencies and increase revenue.

Prior to joining TriZetto Provider Solutions, Allen served in a variety of leadership roles working in revenue cycle management, consulting services, IT outsourcing and health care administration. He is a determined leader with over 28 years of health care, sales and technology experience and an exceptional ability to identify new markets and solutions.

Allen has a bachelor’s degree in health science with an emphasis on health care administration from the University of Missouri. He is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time at the lake, reading and watching sports.


 

Tom Galle

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Tom oversees national operations and customer service functions for TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Tom’s background in leading operations and service organizations spans more than 30 years. With extensive experience building organizational structures to drive efficiency and superior service, he brings years of success developing and executing operational strategies within start-up, growth and consolidation environments. Tom previously held leadership roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), Utica National Insurance Group, MetLife and the Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.

Tom attended Lindenwood University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Antonella Bonanni
 

Antonella Bonanni

Chief Marketing Officer

Antonella Bonanni is Chief Marketing Officer at Cognizant and brings more than 17 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences marketing to the role. She is responsible for developing and leading innovative marketing strategies and programs that build brand awareness and drive demand for Cognizant's Healthcare Business Unit. She has published articles on marketing strategies and healthcare technology topics in Medical Economics, Healthcare Business Today, Health IT Outcomes and other media outlets. Antonella has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Communications from the CUOA in Vicenza, Italy.

Mark Miller
 

Mark Miller

Associate Vice President of Marketing for Provider and Health Systems

Mark Miller is Associate Vice President of Marketing for Provider and Health Systems at Cognizant. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing, Mark today manages an end-to-end marketing team responsible for upstream and downstream marketing for Cognizant’s provider and new business sales teams. Prior to joining Cognizant, he led strategic marketing and sales initiatives for Baxter Healthcare. Mark has lead marketing and sales teams in more than 50 countries on five continents and was responsible for achieving annual revenue goals of more than $420 million in a variety of different positions.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America. He volunteers regularly for the nonprofits Vitalant and Habitat for Humanity.

Dave Zurliene
 

Dave Zurliene

Senior Vice President, Technology Services

Dave Zurliene currently serves as senior vice president of technology services at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Dave brings 30 years of experience developing and executing IT strategies that support business objectives with a systems and process approach. His broad strategic and operational capabilities drive success in delivery, strategic alignment and business value. He is responsible for managing all of the technology aspects of the provider business and has accountability for software development and testing, application management, systems integration and support, information security and IT management.

Prior to joining TriZetto Provider Solutions, Dave served as vice president of transitions for Cerner Corporation’s IT outsourcing services portfolio. In his 22 years at Cerner, he worked in a variety of technology leadership roles across the world and contributed a wealth of programming and systems administration knowledge. He excels with architecture, systems integration, IT industry framework assimilation and technology leadership.

Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Ind. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, being a handyman, playing golf and watching sporting events.

Geoff Felder
 

Geoff Felder

Vice President, Product Development

Geoff Felder serves as vice president, product development at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Geoff holds over 30 years of experience leading complex product development programs, from ideation to commercial launch. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the TPS software development lifecycle including software engineering, software testing/quality engineering, product architecture, development operations and product support. His broad technical experience, coupled with healthcare domain expertise, drives success in business alignment, product delivery and value realization.

Prior to joining TriZetto Provider Solutions, Geoff held a variety of executive leadership roles leading organizations and teams in the areas of enterprise program management, software/product development, IT architecture, agile SDLC/SAFE transformation and software quality assurance.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State and has done graduate work at George Washington University and Villanova University. In his free time, Geoff enjoys spending time with his family, attending live concerts, playing golf, volunteering and enjoying the outdoors in Colorado.

Jett Reidy
 

Jett Reidy

Head of Product Management

As the Head of Product Management, Jett is responsible for leading the product vision, strategy and execution across the entire platform of cloud-based software and service capabilities at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company. He brings a proven track record of leadership across a diverse range of industries including healthcare technology, insurance, financial services and the United States Armed Forces. Through this experience, Jett offers a fresh perspective to leveraging data, software and process to improve the overall healthcare experience.

Jett holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Maryland University College. In addition, he is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a decorated veteran of the Iraq War. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, attending sporting events, traveling and experiencing the great outdoors.
